With this function of the marketing portal, the representatives on site can record personal videos for their customers and send them directly. Short clips can be filmed with your own smartphone or webcam in which the brokers address their customers directly. In a further step, these video clips can be linked to an advertising, offer or image film and sent directly to the customer. This means that direct contact with customers can be maintained even in times of social distancing and corona.
In general, Gothaer Versicherung has been using the Local Brand X marketing portal for almost 10 years. In its “My Marketing Portal”, the insurance company provides its agents in exclusive sales with a wide range of customizable marketing materials. Personal marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, large-format posters, social media entries, films or trade fair materials can be referenced, customized and ordered directly from this. This means that around 1,500 users have the opportunity to purchase cross-media marketing equipment for their local marketing. The users can choose from over 500 articles provided and put together their individual marketing. Through the connection to five external service providers, the advertising material can be ordered, printed or published directly. In addition, the portal offers Gothaer's own exclusive sales force an easy way to digitize their marketing step by step and to test and integrate new marketing measures.
By using a uniform system for all local marketing, it simplifies the management of your marketing and the procurement of materials for the users. The order processes can be automated by the connected service providers and carried out without further approval loops. This results in a faster time-to-market and thus also time-efficient and up-to-date local marketing. The use of web-based applications enables all employees in the head office and in the field service to access the platform regardless of location. This means that the platform can be used not only as a shop, but also as a communication platform with the individual partners. By providing new articles and announcing them via campaign plans or the message system, the head office can specifically promote new advertising media and thus also promote digitization.
