Please introduce yourself briefly: Who are you and what is your role at Local Brand X?
Hi, I'm Julia, 23 years old and a presales manager at Local Brand X, i.e. part of the sales team.:)
How did you hear about Local Brand X and why did you decide to work with us?
I was looking for a job that was fun, where I could develop myself and have a lot to do with people. That's when I came across the job ad from Local Brand X. I immediately noticed that the company was modern and young, which immediately appealed to me. After getting a first glimpse of Local Brand X on the website, I could very well imagine selling the platform, as it completely convinced me right away.
What exactly does your job as a presales manager include?
As part of the sales team, I am responsible for approaching new customers, preparing and following up initial meetings, and maintaining our CRM. I particularly enjoy the high level of communication with other people. You always have to adapt quickly to the other person and respond to individual needs. The successes you then achieve motivate you enormously.
What should you definitely not miss in your everyday working life?
COFFEE, It definitely shouldn't be missing. Also the always fun exchange with colleagues when you're not working from home.
What do you do in your free time to switch off?
I have lots of things there, like training my horses, spending the evening on the couch with my boyfriend, or traveling with my friends.
What advice would you give to applicants looking for a job?
Always stay tuned, the right job is definitely coming! Local Brand X is worthwhile because working together is really great. We all laugh a lot together, from the chef to our lovely cook. In general, the hierarchies are kept very flat. There are many corporate events and especially Coffee J.
Now in private: What was your best undertaking this year?
That was definitely the vacation with my boyfriend in Vienna! Vienna is such a beautiful city where you can discover a lot. From old crime stories on display in the Crime Museum, to culinary delights and beautiful buildings. Definitely worth a visit!
