Onboarding
In an initial workshop, we define your challenges, goals, and requirements for using your marketing platform. We address questions regarding layout, service providers, and points of contact, and outline the next steps for our future collaboration.
System introduction
Once the base system is delivered, you’ll have full access to our Knowledge Center for self-paced learning. On top of that, we offer online training and a community platform to engage directly with our experts and exchange ideas with other users.
Strategic support
Our Customer Success Team supports you in regular jour-fixe meetings to discuss current system enhancements and requests. In addition, we offer a strategy and innovation meeting every six months where we review platform changes and identify optimization opportunities together.
