NEW: The local marketing platform now with AI functions
Artificial intelligence and the use of AI tools are no longer a future trend since OpenAI and ChatGPT. The use of artificial intelligence has increased significantly, especially in the last year, and has created a firm place in the everyday (working) life of many. AI can provide support at many corners and ends, especially in a marketing context. Regardless of whether it is brainstorming, content or image generation, or planning a complete marketing campaign. With the help of artificial intelligence, such tasks can often be completed faster and new ideas can be generated. This also means that holistic marketing is feasible and independently implemented even for small companies and locations without sound marketing know-how.
For this reason, we at Local Brand X have decided to now also integrate artificial intelligence into our local marketing platform. We have worked on a number of concepts and functions in recent weeks and months and can now present the first results to our customers.
Content creation — generate texts faster and easier
From now on, the local marketing platform offers the option of consulting AI when creating descriptive texts and content. In doing so, we not only make it possible to have complete texts created, but also to correct, improve or abbreviate given content and to create various text variants to choose from. This function is available both for creating articles (for administrators) and for individualizing marketing measures (for the sales partner). This function makes it even easier and faster for all users to define the right content and offers support if they just don't have the brilliant idea themselves.
AI assistant — support directly in the platform
In addition to helping generate texts and content, an AI assistant was integrated to support users in the backend of the local marketing platform. Our approach at Local Brand X is to offer the platform in such a way that all content and articles can be managed and posted by our customers themselves. Of course, questions and ambiguities can arise again and again during these processes. To answer them even more easily in the future, users can now consult not only our Knowledge Center but also the new AI Assistant. Here, the specific question can be asked in a simple chat process and the assistant provides tailor-made step-by-step instructions and links to more detailed information or videos in just a few seconds. As a result, questions can usually be answered immediately without having to wait for the answer or help from the Customer Success Manager.
Continuous development of AI functions
The new AI-supported functions are the first step in the development of the local marketing platform. In the coming months, further features will follow to integrate the use of artificial intelligence into marketing processes in an even more targeted manner. Our goal remains to continuously optimize the platform and offer our customers the best possible user experience.
