With the new functionalities, local partners can create their individual marketing plan and manage the required budget without much previous knowledge.
The marketing and campaign plan, which is provided by the central marketing department, is usually very difficult to disseminate. In the past, such schedules had to be submitted to partners individually. However, local partners need this information at an early stage and bundled in order to adapt the specified measures to their own situation and environment and to create their personal campaign plan for the financial year. The new marketing and budget planner from Local Brand X helps with this.
All measures at a glance
As an Upselling.X extension, the planner offers the option of creating clear campaign and action plans and defining the respective budget. Here, the central marketing department can provide a recommendation for the entire year, which the partners can incorporate into their own marketing plan with just one click and then adjust. Here, the articles, time period and planned budget of a campaign or measure can be edited and personalized at any time. In addition, additional measures can be added or, if necessary, recommended measures can be removed from the plan. This allows each partner to carry out their own personal planning and receive a transparent overview of all activities at any time.
Measuring progress
After initial planning, the tool also helps to carry out the individual campaigns. By setting up email notifications, partners can be reminded in good time that the measures have been created and ordered. This means that no important advertising focus is missed anymore and headquarters no longer has to point this out in addition over the course of the year. The further the year has progressed, the more it is also possible to check which measures have already been implemented. The integrated budget function also allows you to check the planned and used budget for each individual measure. This makes it possible to see at a glance where the budget is still available or where too much may have been spent. Through the additional integration of other orders that cannot be assigned to a campaign, a complete cost overview over a specific period of time can be viewed in the planner.
By using the marketing planner, campaigns can therefore be planned and measured and a transparent overview of marketing measures and costs can be achieved.
