As part of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe and as a subsidiary of Landesbausparkasse Südwest, LBS Immobilien GmbH Südwest is one of the largest brokerage companies for residential properties in Rhineland-Palatinate and Baden-Württemberg. Together with the individual distribution partners, the company supports its regional customers in fulfilling their wishes of their own house or apartment and provides them with advice and support in the areas of real estate search, building savings and financing. In order to be able to provide regional sales partners with marketing materials better and faster, LBS Immobilien GmbH Südwest introduced the Local Marketing Platform in 2022. Around 150 users currently use the platform to create and book various marketing measures and campaigns.

The independent processing and ordering of marketing materials by the sales partners was paramount for the company when introducing the local marketing platform. With the templates provided by the marketing center for different types of articles, LBS Immobilien GmbH Südwest can not only ensure a uniform brand image across various locations, but also increase the independence of sales partners. Since they can now process and order their required marketing materials themselves, they are no longer dependent on the support of the head office for individual inquiries. Capacity can therefore be saved on both sides.
Whether print or digital — almost all articles can be personalized
The option to personalize almost all marketing items in the system allows sales partners to adapt the templates to the specific needs and target groups of their local market and to address local customers more personally, for example by integrating regional features. Print marketing articles such as brochures, flyers and banners as well as digital products, such as social media ads, can be individually designed. The sales partners of LBS Immobilien GmbH can therefore advertise specific real estate offers for specific districts or districts, for example, by independently adapting and publishing the templates of social media ads. Overall, the use of the local marketing platform has created many benefits both for the company's central marketing department and for local sales partners.
