From now on, targeted budgets can be made possible for individual areas, departments or products. In addition to the actual budget, individual rules can be created using a set of rules. This allows the head office to specify exactly what percentage or amount a specific product is subsidized. In addition, by combining several users, you can also equip an entire branch or an entire location with individual budgets through group management. These budgets can then be used by all users in this group when purchasing, taking into account the stored rules.
Subsidies for external expenditure
In order to be able to subsidize additional marketing expenses or external payments in addition to orders, the local marketing platform now also offers the option of applying for a subsequent subsidy in the form of an invoice submission. In such an application, all relevant information, such as the invoicing agent and the invoice amount as well as the invoice document and, optionally, documentary copies, are uploaded in order to receive financial support. The head office can approve or reject this request and thus contribute to the costs.
