Together with local branches and the mobile Sprinter fleet, HSR ensures that customers can use a fast and high-quality hydraulic service at any time of day. Regardless of whether you have a hydraulic hose burst or you are looking for a high-quality hydraulic product, at HSR you will not only find expert advice and repair, but also a quick and easy procurement of hydraulic spare parts. Thanks to the large number of local locations and the decentralized organization of deployments, HSR guarantees low downtimes and reliable service on site. In order to be able to equip these locations better and faster with marketing materials, HSR recently introduced Local Brand X's Local Marketing Platform. There, locations can access, process and order a wide variety of marketing materials, promotional gifts and technical products.

Diverse marketing materials for HSR sites

In addition to promotional gifts such as cotton bags, caps or other small gifts that can be ordered via the shop, the HSR marketing portal also offers a number of advertising measures for personalization. Using ready-made templates (provided by the central marketing department), managers at the locations can, for example, create their own business cards or personalize stickers, which are then produced directly and delivered to the branch. The locations are therefore significantly more flexible and can independently select the appropriate content and use individual advertising measures. HSR not only guarantees individual local marketing, but also compliance with the corporate design and requirements across all locations. In addition to customizable printed matter, the platform also offers the option of keeping branch Google Business Profiles (and other directories) up to date via the marketing portal, for example. This not only allows more interested parties to find HSR locations online, but also find out directly about opening hours and contact options.

In addition to the wide range of marketing materials for ordering, HSR also offers its locations other articles on how to equip the branch via the marketing portal. Here, users can order work technology such as their tablets, cases and holders for workshops, select materials for the point of sale (frame, stand, etc.) and also borrow equipment that can be used for events or temporary activities.
