Outstanding start for freenet and Local Brand X
Whether it's mobile communications, Internet, e-mail or TV entertainment — freenet, as one of Germany's largest telecommunications providers, is always there for customers. In addition to first-class product and service offerings for its customers, freenet AG also attaches great importance to sustainable and long-term partnerships in cooperation.
We at Local Brand X are pleased to announce that we too have been able to enter into such a partnership with freenet and have won the company as a customer for the local marketing platform.
With the local marketing platform, freenet sales partners can access an extensive portfolio of local marketing measures. Among other things, customer loyalty measures (SMS, e-mail), social paid media, large-format posters and even the booking of topic-related campaigns are offered, with which the sales partner can position himself as the local freenet contact person.
Depending on the sales line (fanchisees, shops, retail partners and specialist stores), specific measures were activated and budget logics were stored for central marketing subsidies. Compliance with the corporate design is always guaranteed and processes have been further digitized and standardized. Depending on the advertising medium, care was taken to ensure that partners could personalize the measures individually.
User experience and independent maintenance
The local marketing platform was integrated into the existing freenet activation and information portal through a single sign-on connection, so that sales partners have access to the marketing platform after a one-time authentication. In addition to the good user experience for sales partners, care was also taken to ensure that freenet marketing can set up and maintain the platform as autonomously as possible via the backend. The administration of user groups, budget charges and the creation of new advertising materials are possible without further support.
Outstanding results after just one month
After just one month, the freenet local marketing platform can draw a very positive balance. The system was particularly well received by the partners and over 6,000 orders have already been processed. In addition to over 1,000 action sheets, 50,000 SMS and 10,000 e-mail newsletters have also been sent so far.
After such a rocket launch, we at Local Brand X are already looking forward to further cooperation and future joint projects.
