NÜRNBERGER Insurance and Local Brand X: How insurance is exploiting the full potential of the local marketing platform
NÜRNBERGER Versicherung is a German insurance company founded in 1884 that simply offers people the right protection. Regardless of whether it is life insurance, private health insurance, accident, damage or car insurance: Customers will find what they are looking for in the NÜRNBERGER repertoire. The company focuses on providing customers with personal, competent and local advice. Insurance customers across Germany can therefore always find the right local contact person who can advise and support them at any time with their questions relating to insurance or financial services.
However, with such a large network of sales partners throughout Germany, the NÜRNBERGER marketing center involved many manual arrangements and processes in the past. And it was extremely time-consuming to individually advise and support the sales partners in carrying out local marketing measures. It was also challenging to conduct uniform and efficient local marketing across the insurance company's various sales channels (such as permanent sales representatives and brokers).
We are pleased that the company has been using the local marketing platform since 2022 to reduce manual processes and specifically support sales partners in carrying out local marketing measures.
All modules of the local marketing platform are in use
Before using the local marketing platform, the insurance company had used numerous different systems for various marketing processes, which meant that a lot of time was spent maintaining the individual systems. By using the local marketing platform, the various individual solutions are combined in one system, keeping time and costs low and efficient.
The software solution is well received by over 4,500 users at the various NUREMBERG locations. By using all available modules and connecting over 500 agencies and more than 30 service providers, users have access to an extensive range of marketing materials and measures. From classic print customizations for office equipment, trade fair materials or other promotional items to online advertising measures such as Google ads or social media posts to individually designed videos and email newsletters: The local marketing platform offers NÜRNBERGER sales partners a wide range of options to individually design their marketing products.
The entire NUREMBERG brand world in an integrated brand management portal
The brand management portal integrated into the local marketing platform, in which sales partners can find everything about the company's brand world, is particularly popular and extensively expanded. Here, employees and external partners are provided with information and templates relating to the appearance, brand values and corporate language of the insurance company. Here, sales partners can not only view corporate design elements such as colors, images and illustrations, but they also find practical application instructions for the brand documents for print and online customizations and can easily and quickly download the various brand materials such as logos, graphics and presentation slides in the download area.
