A. Event conditions

1. Registration & payment

1.1 Registration for the event takes place via the registration form on the event landing page.

1.2 The participation fee is 299€ (plus VAT) and must be paid up to 30 days after the event. The organizer reserves individual discounts.

2. Cancellation conditions

2.1 Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 2 weeks before the start of the event.

2.2 In case of cancellation within the 2nd week before the start of the event, 50% of the participation fee is due.

2.3 If you cancel less than 1 week before the start of the event or if you do not show up, the entire participation fee will be withheld.

2.4 The cancellation conditions and costs also apply to participants who are invited to the event free of charge.

3rd Substitute participants

3.1 It is possible to appoint a replacement person free of charge up to one week before the start of the event.

4. Liability

4.1 Participation in the event is at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for damage caused by third parties or force majeure.

4.2 The organizer is only liable for damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the organizer, his legal representatives or vicarious agents.
The organizer is only liable for simple negligence if essential contractual obligations have been breached (cardinal obligations), limited to the typically foreseeable damage.
Any further liability — in particular for lost items, clothing or damage caused by third parties — is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

5. House rules

5.1 The house rules of Pyradise Entertainment GmbH (PEG), Pyramid Mainz area apply to the organization of the event. These are part of the event conditions and must be observed by all participants and guests.

The organizer is obliged to inform his guests of the validity of these regulations. By participating in the event or entering the premises, guests accept the above regulations.

5.1 Participants agree to the storage and processing of their data for the purpose of holding the event.

1. Your registration & participation

As part of your registration and participation in our event, we process your personal data.

Purpose of data processing:
Your personal data will be processed to organize, carry out and follow up the event. In particular, this includes:

• participant administration (e.g. registration, confirmation of participation, invoicing, if applicable),
• communication in connection with the event,
• the creation of name tags, participant lists (visible to other participants, for example),

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1lit. b DSGVO (contract fulfilment or implementation of pre-contractual measures.

2. Use of photographs and videos

2.1 Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung werden Fotos und Videos angefertigt, um die bildliche Dokumentation zu gewährleisten. Diese Fotografien und Videoaufzeichnungen (inkl. Ton) werden von uns zur Nachberichterstattung in unserem Intranet auf unserer Website, auf Social-Media oder weiteren Werbepublikationen veröffentlicht. Hierbei werden keine Porträts bzw. Direktaufnahmen von Ihnen als Besucher unserer Veranstaltung oder Events erstellt. Die Datenverarbeitung erfolgt aufgrund unserer berechtigten Interessen nach Art. 6 Absatz 1 f) DSGVO, um die betreffende Veranstaltung zur dokumentieren und zu bewerben.

2.2 In allen weiteren Fällen, insbesondere im Falle der Aufnahmen im Porträt bzw. der Direktaufnahme, erfolgt eine Verarbeitung allein aufgrund Ihrer vorherigen Einwilligung gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 a) DSGVO bzw. § 22 Kunsturhebergesetz („KUG“) zur Veröffentlichung. Die erstellten Fotografien und Videoaufzeichnungen werden von uns zur Nachberichterstattung in unserem Intranet und auf unserer Website veröffentlicht.
