1.1 Registration for the event takes place via the registration form on the event landing page.
1.2 The participation fee is 299€ (plus VAT) and must be paid up to 30 days after the event. The organizer reserves individual discounts.
2.1 Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 2 weeks before the start of the event.
2.2 In case of cancellation within the 2nd week before the start of the event, 50% of the participation fee is due.
2.3 If you cancel less than 1 week before the start of the event or if you do not show up, the entire participation fee will be withheld.
2.4 The cancellation conditions and costs also apply to participants who are invited to the event free of charge.
3.1 It is possible to appoint a replacement person free of charge up to one week before the start of the event.
4.1 Participation in the event is at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for damage caused by third parties or force majeure.
4.2 The organizer is only liable for damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the organizer, his legal representatives or vicarious agents.
The organizer is only liable for simple negligence if essential contractual obligations have been breached (cardinal obligations), limited to the typically foreseeable damage.
Any further liability — in particular for lost items, clothing or damage caused by third parties — is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
5.1 Participants agree to the storage and processing of their data for the purpose of holding the event.

2.1 As part of the event, photos and videos will be taken to ensure visual documentation. These photographs and video recordings (including sound) are published by us for follow-up reporting on our intranet and on our website, as well as on social media. This does not create portraits or direct photos of you as a visitor to our event or events. Data processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 paragraph 1 f) GDPR in order to document and promote the relevant event.
2.2 In all other cases, in particular in the case of portraits or direct images, processing is carried out solely on the basis of your prior consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) a) GDPR or Section 22 Art Copyright Act (“KUG”). The photographs and video recordings created are published by us on our intranet and on our website for follow-up reporting.
