As part of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe and a subsidiary of Landesbausparkasse Südwest, LBS Immobilien GmbH Südwest is one of the largest residential real estate brokerage companies in Rhineland-Palatinate and Baden-Württemberg. Together with the individual sales partners, the company supports its regional customers in fulfilling their dream of owning their own house or apartment and provides them with advice and support in the areas of property search, building society savings and financing. 2022 LBS Immobilien GmbH Südwest introduced the Local Marketing Platform to provide regional sales partners with marketing materials better and faster. Around 150 users currently use the platform to create and book various marketing measures and campaigns.

High degree of autonomy for LBS sales partners thanks to ready-made templates

The independent processing and ordering of marketing materials by the sales partners was a priority for the company when introducing the local marketing platform. Thanks to the templates provided by the marketing center for different article types, LBS Immobilien GmbH Südwest can not only ensure a uniform brand image across different locations, but also increase the independence of the sales partners. As they can now process and order the marketing materials they need themselves, they are no longer dependent on the support of the head office for individual inquiries. Capacities can therefore be saved on both sides.

Whether print or digital - almost all items can be personalized

The option to personalize almost all marketing articles in the system allows sales partners to adapt the templates to the specific needs and target groups of their local market and to address local customers more personally by integrating regional features, for example. Both print marketing items such as brochures, flyers and banners as well as digital products such as social media ads can be customized. The sales partners of LBS Immobilien GmbH can thus advertise specific real estate offers for certain districts or boroughs, for example, by independently adapting and publishing the templates for the social media ads. Overall, the use of the local marketing platform has created many advantages for both the company's central marketing department and the local sales partners.
