Together with the local branches and the mobile Sprinter fleet, HSR ensures that customers can benefit from a fast and high-quality hydraulics service at any time of day. Whether you have a burst hydraulic hose or are looking for a high-quality hydraulic product, at HSR you will not only find expert advice and repairs, but also fast and uncomplicated procurement of hydraulic spare parts. Thanks to the large number of local locations and the decentralized organization of operations, HSR guarantees low downtimes and reliable on-site service. In order to provide these locations with marketing materials better and faster, HSR recently introduced the Local Local Brand X local marketing platform. There, the locations can access, process and order a wide range of marketing materials, promotional gifts and technical products.

Wide range of marketing materials for HSR locations

In addition to promotional gifts such as cotton bags, caps or other small gifts that can be ordered via the store, the HSR marketing portal also offers a number of advertising measures for personalization. Using ready-made templates (provided by the central marketing department), store managers can, for example, create their own business cards or personalize stickers, which are then produced and delivered directly to the store. The locations are therefore much more flexible and can independently select the appropriate content and use individual advertising measures. HSR not only guarantees individual local marketing, but also compliance with the corporate design and specifications across all locations. In addition to customizable printed materials, the platform also offers the option of keeping the Google Business Profile (and other directories) of the branches up to date via the marketing portal, for example. This not only allows more interested parties to find the HSR locations online, but also to find out directly about opening hours and contact details.

More than just marketing materials 

In addition to the wide range of marketing materials available to order, HSR also offers its locations other items for equipping the branch via the marketing portal. Users can order work technology such as their tablets, covers and holders for workshop operations, select materials for the point of sale (frames, displays, etc.) and also rent equipment that can be used for events or temporary campaigns. With the help of appropriately stored budgets, transparent control of all budgets is guaranteed and makes purchasing easier for store managers.
