Project Management

Project management defines the parameters of a project. So a successful project is to be guaranteed. The project management asks the question about the available resources: How many people will work on the project for which period and with what budget? In addition, project management explains possible risks and develops methods for minimizing them.

The project management can be divided into different phases. These include, but are not limited to, a schedule, identifying various stages of the project, and organizing. In addition, tasks such as project management, controlling and the analysis of results are the responsibility of project management.
