Due to the individual portal design, your partners do not see the Local Marketing Platform of Local Brand X, but that of their own brand or partner* company. In addition to the design adjustments, the navigation and the individual pages and articles can also be managed individually. Onboarding
In order to use the Local Marketing Platform in the best possible way and to take advantage of all its benefits, Local Brand X supports you with a detailed onboarding process. Here you will learn how to use the platform correctly, which functionalities are particularly important for you and you can discuss your challenges with us. Many of the other questions and processes can also be clarified in the guides and help areas. In addition, your personal Customer Success advisor is always available to answer any questions you may have.
Content Management
After successful onboarding, you will be able to take over the content management of the platform completely independently. You can build your own guides, FAQ pages and corporate design guidelines for your partners and thus support them in the best possible way. You can also use the platform to plan your own marketing campaigns, create and maintain time and budget plans and individual campaign pages and articles.
Rights and role management
To ultimately use the platform not only with your local partners* on site, but also to get internal employees on board, you can assign users their own rights and roles. With this rights and role management, you define which user may, for example, post articles or perform analyses. It also allows you to grant limited access to service providers so that they can maintain articles and view orders. This is how you get the most out of the Local Marketing Platform.

Integration

Any service provider or third-party system can be connected to the Local Marketing Platform via the open ecosystem.

Often, a company already has an extensive IT infrastructure in place. The Local Brand X ecosystem makes it easy to connect such systems to the Local Marketing Platform. This means, for example, that existing digital asset management can be integrated so that images can be accessed via the Local Marketing Platform.
